Got myself a Wii !

About two years ago I owned a Wii for a 3 week period. Only game I really played was Zelda on it but shortly after I was offered a price I couldn't refuse for it (this was during the Wii shortages) so I sold it. Coming back to the present my girlfriend began mentioning how much she wanted to play Just Dance 2... so I think what the heck lets get a Wii then. This has ended up being one of my happier decisions in quite sometime so far.

A board game you can get emotional over??

I have been doing all I can to hone my design abilities and I am always looking for a new challenge. I have been doing a lot of reading and one area which multiple books have gone over is board games. They have all mentioned that created a board / card game will go a long way to helping better understand the entire game process. I have decided to take on this project (will even be ordering a blank game board etc to work with) and am looking to create something truly original. Much as we have heard from Peter Molyneux for years I am looking to make the player emotional while playing my game.

Batman Arkham Asylum first thoughts

I recently got my hands on a copy of the first Batman game which has ever been recommended to me (by many people). I will start by admitting that I am not a big Batman fan but am able to appreciate it for all it is worth. I am quickly able to see why this game has won so many awards.
